Day 1 - Cordero - Sculpture Tour

Last year, I didn't find out about Marcothon til a few days in. I jumped on the bandwagon immediately, but needless to say, it was a little disappointing that I didn't actually run the entire month of December. I was quite excited to start from day 1 this year! Not only did I get to run today, I also got to tour the Nathan Manilow Sculpture Park on the Governors State University campus (where I work) for the first time while I ran.

Here is my favorite sculpture on the run. I look forward to a lot more of these! After all, any fool can run for 31 days...
