Day 4 - Cordero - Blah, blah, blah

Isn't running 3 miles every day in December enough torture without having to write about it and subject those reading to my self-inflicted punishment? It's been a long day. Had an early breakfast and another one of those 9-hour strategic planning sessions (in a windowless hotel conference room). For this reason, I am posting that I ran my mandatory 3 miles today and that is it. Good night.
